I cannot figure out how to remove this tandem roller. The mounting screw is removed. The adjustment screw won't come off of the nut as the end of the screw is filed (to prevent it from coming off the but). Looking for suggestions.

Rollers are 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Housing assembly is 3" long, 1-1/2" high, and 3/4" thick. Side of housing is embossed with " 041/ "

I have the SGD LC40 or the LC50 according to the sticker. It there a schematic for the door? How do the rollers actually come out?Wanted to add, I've had the door completely out and there aren't any access holes for the rollers.
