Replacing an old roller

Hi there, I am trying to find a replacement roller and was excited to see what I have matches almost identical to your 81-187 Tandem Roller. Problem is that frame screw and roller adjustment screws seem to be opposite. Can you see the roller that I have and try to match it with your stock. I will attach photos..

Thank you, Emilie for reaching out... Can you please check and verify that no rollers are available or an adequate replacement is accessible? They don't seem to be uncommon because I had gone home to find the same rollers on my doors...

Our 81-153 roller comes to mind. It has the lower adjustment screw with the mounting frame screw at the top back end of the housing. We recommend you review our specifications and compare them with yours to see if they align with your old roller assembly.
