How do I remove this roller?

Handy Person from Florida
I cannot figure out how to remove this tandem roller.  The mounting screw is removed.  The adjustment screw won't come off of the nut as the end of the screw is filed (to prevent it from coming off the but).  Looking for suggestions.

Thank you for reaching out to us. You don't need to remove the adjusting screw. First, carefully lay the patio door flat on a table or saw horses. Next, with the screws from the bottom frame removed, gently tap the bottom frame off the glass using a block of wood and a hammer. Once the bottom frame is removed, you can slide the roller assembly out of it.

Do you have a part number for a replacement tandem roller that I can order to replace these?

Unfortunately, we can't ID your roller while it's still in the door. We would have to see a complete and undamaged roller assembly removed from the door, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

I got the bottom track off pretty easily but the rollers with tabs took a lot of effort to get out and I still don't know the best way to stretch the channel so both tabs will come out at the same time while forcing the rollers out of the track.  After 30 minutes of trying I got one.  Attached are the pictures.  Could you confirm the correct rollers to order?

Thank you for the additional photos. Our 81-153 comes to mind. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old roller assembly.

Thanks.  Any tips on removing these rollers?   I struggled to get one out and have 5 more to do.  I had to pry the track open, but it only opens so far and the tabs get stuck in the opening on one side or the other, preventing the roller from coming out.

I'm afraid there aren't any tips or tricks that we know of. To remove these types of rollers, you need to spread the rail so you can bypass the locking tabs on the sides of the housing which takes some elbow grease.
