Broken window balances

Looking to find balances for both upper and lower sash including pivot bars. Upper sash may also need tip out latches at the top.

Hello,

Your original pivot shoe resembles a part that was discontinued, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 as a replacement. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit.

Your original coil spring will be compatible with the new pivot shoe. If a new coil is needed, see the Series 152. To determine the correct weighted option, we would need to know the weight of the window to move forward.

As for the pivot bars, take a look and compare the 26-446 to yours.

Unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement for the internal tilt latch shown in your photo. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
