Window balance replacement

Question

I have multiple windows in my house that I will need to replace window balances.  The 2 immediate ones have 28C & 28D installed, respectively.  I was looking at all the top & bottom mounting options on your site and didn't see any that seemed to 100% match.  I am hoping you can assist me in finding the proper balances so I can fix the windows.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you have either an S378-29, S380-29, or S385-29. The only difference between these three balances is the depth of the bottom shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For balance stamped 28C, choose 2830 for a stamp option; for 28D, choose 2840.
