Channel balance

Question

I have one of the windows with two locks. It is not going down. I need to know which channel balance I need to replace. The length of channel balance is 27 inches. Please advise. See attached picture of window and old channel balance

Hello there. Double-check the length. Be sure to measure just the metal channel; do not include the end attachments. If it's 26", you'll need the S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balance. The difference is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2550.
