Your coil balance resembles the 15-087 housing and 15-086 tandem housing, which is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. We also offer the 16-024 mounting bracket. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

As for the tilt latch, we'll need to see photos of an intact latch fully removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions, to determine if we carry a possible replacement. Thank you!
