Need part and hopefully some insight on how to remove a rusted pivot bar broken inside the sash frame

Many thanks for your post. This might be the 26-040 Pivot Bar, but it is tough to tell. Please compare. The video below shows how to remove and replace rusted pivot bars. Let us know if this helps.
