Hello,

Your original pivot shoe is discontinued, but see the 15-177. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! This is used with the same S152 coil springs as your original assembly. I'd suggest weighing the sash these balances support to determine the corresponding strength options. See the related videos on this page to help you with the repair process. Thank you!
