You'll need the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe to replace the one you have. It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. There is a a video tutorial, tagged below with instructions on how to select the correct coil weight option.

If you cannot reuse the coil cover/support, you'll also need 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.

The metal piece you are referring to is the pivot bar. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for it, but I'll need to see a photo of the an undamaged bar to identify its replacement.
