Replacement handle for mid-century sliding glass door

Hello, I am looking for a direct replacement for this type of sliding glass door handle + lock. Does it exist anymore? Thanks for any help you can provide, and whether there are alternatives available.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, this handle set is no longer made. The best we could offer is the 82-005, but drilling new holes will be necessary, and you'll need room to mount the keeper on the jamb. Review the specifications for this part and see if you think it could work for you.
