Need a balance coil

This is for a customer of ours. The sash size is approximately 30" x 30". The sash doesn't currently stay up, it slides back down after lifting it up. We would need 2

Thanks for your post! our window balance shoe is a match for the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the 26-040 Pivot Bar.

To replace the coil springs, you'll need the Series 190 Coil Balance. These are attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw; they're anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing.

To select the correct coil weight option, look for a stamp/marking on the coil spring. If there are none, please see the tutorial (tagged below) for instructions on selecting the correct option.
