Hello there!

It sounds like you may need new window balances. Yours looks like a match for our S795-32 with the 32B spring strength option. This comes attached with the 15-195 closed cam shoe but you will need to purchase the 15-195B open cam shoe separately and swap them out. See the video below for how to do so. 

Please note, our Series 795 attaches to the top of the window jamb with a screw. If yours uses a hook, please let me know! We can still help but it will need to be a custom order.
