Balance shoe

Good afternoon everyone,could you identify this shoe for me. This was sent my a service person at a management company and asked for my help with this part.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer of this pivot shoe has gone out balance. If I am looking correctly,there is a possibility your pivot shoe's dimensions are 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. With that being said, take a close look at our 15-046 pivot shoe and see if this could work for you.
