Need balances and shoes for Phillips Windows shown

Question

Don t know how to remove shoes from track. Need instructions as well as parts. I hope this is enough info. Contractor installed Windows. Home built in 1995.

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe looks like our 15-046, which is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. You will need to make sure your shoe is the same size, just in case.
