Replacement parts for Plygem Windows

Question

Here are the broken ones. They are supposed to have a little plastic clip at the top that holds the string on the side that keeps the window balanced. The plastic clips keep breaking off.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell a match for the shoe shown here, unfortunately. The best we can offer is a new Series 795 balance along with the 15-194 which is sold separately.

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom-made.
