Hello,
I have identified the pin replacement part as 26-352 but I was not able to identify the shoe that goes with this vinyl window. The windows were made prior to 2005 but I do not know exactly when they were made. There are no markings/labels visible probably because they are marked on the casement outer edge which is not visible.

Please review the style of the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. The original will need to be removed to confirm dimensions as below. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
