Metal part is 24" OAL.
Window measures 26" high x 33" wide

Removed balance. Metal channel measures 0.565” or 25/32”square.
The sash weighs 21 lbs.
It looks like there's a metal loop at the end of a cord. The other end of the channel balance has plastic.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our S770-24 would be our best option. This uses a different clip than yours, but it will still fit into the pivot shoe the same way. You can also select the 24C stamp option for a sash weighing 17 to 22 pounds.
