Window Coil Balance Spring

I took the part out of the window and the only marking that i could see is shown in the pictures, that is attached. There is only a "A" showing. These condo's was build in 2001, if that that help.

Hi Mary. I see you posted a similar inquiry here. This is our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. If you need a new clip cover, see our 15-181. Let us know if you have any other questions.
