No marking found on existing hardware

Question

Can you help me identify what part this is for a double hung window? It's the window on the bottom.

Window size: 29.5 W X 35.5 H

Weight: 21.5

Thanks for writing in. See our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. Thanks for providing your sash weight! If your sash weighs exactly 21.5 lbs, then I'd go with the S190-540 5 lb spring and the S190-640 6 lb spring on each side of the sash. This equals 11 lbs of support on each side of the sash, for a total of 22 lbs of support (being 1/2 lb over shouldn't make a difference). Let us know if you have any questions.
