Window channel balance

Hi there, thanks for posting! Your balance looks to be our S380 series or S385. You'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe to decide between then two. If your shoe has a depth of 1", you'll need the S380-21, but if it measures 1-3/32", you'll need the S385-21. In either case, you can use option 2040 to correspond with the stamp in your photo.
