Hello there I am looking for a channel balance that fits these requirements 26hp33-36 a21x cmc 4. Where is the part number located? I am looking at the .5 inch non tilt window thanks I need 2.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this picture. You likely won't find a part number that tells you exactly what you need. Okay So I'll send over a few more pics and I want to know what is the difference between the S380 model and the S385.

The only difference between these two balances is the size of the bottom shoe. It's a slight difference, but it's important to determine which is closer to yours. You will have to measure your shoe to confirm. When measuring, make sure to account for wear.

Okay the shoe measurement is 7/8 x 1 x .5 (inches) Now question I sent over a picture of the overall length of the balance is the measurement from plastic shoe to shoe? or just the length of the steel? Also what weight range should I use? It is a heavy window, do the photos have the information about the spring tension? Thanks. Ready to order. 7/8 is the wing to wing measurement.

When determining the length of the balance, you only want to go by the metal channel. Don't count the plastic ends. As for the option, you may want to weigh the sash on a scale to confirm the best match.
