The existing block and tackle rod window balance has a broken part at the top that allows it to slide down the rod and not keep the string on the pulley tight. And then the rod and the spring and everything falls apart when I take the sash out. The dimensions of the lower sash are 33 x 26. The upper sash mechanism is still seeming to work, but maybe should be replaced, too. Is there any way I can find a replacement for this? I don't see anything on your website that exactly matches.
