Question

Hi , I have a couple of windows that need balance spring assembly I have included a couple of shots showing the part and the only label indicating the window model.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for writing in! The shoe you have here appears to be the Caradco Friction shoe which is part 15-104 on our website. Carefully review the dimensions and compare them to your existing latch to confirm if this might be the replacement you'll need.

We do not sell the jamb liner springs, unfortunately. Since this is a vinyl window frame, if you are looking to replace them, you'll need to contact your window manufacturer to inquire about how to replace them.
