Bottom of spring hangs on hook at top of this part. Hook has broken off.

I have older tilt-in windows with exposed spiral balances in a jamb liner. The springs are worn out and the windows won’t stay up. I need replacement spiral balances. Do you have any? Thank you

I was referred to you by Crestline. One of my Crestline Windows does not stay up but slams shut. Here are the parts on the sash that I think might be the issue. I have broken ballast parts for MW double hung tilt windows. I would need a replacement spring, a tilt pivot, and the plastic shoe that the pivot engages. Do you have any applicable parts? Alternatively, is there an entire sash replacement that works with these windows?

I took a chance and ordered your 15-104. I may need some insight as to how to remove the white balance covers or whatever they are that the sash slides on. They seem to be made out of vinyl and I do not want to crack them or damaged them since they allow the window to operate. So when I receive the ... (cont.)
