Jeld Wen replacement balance

Question

I need the replacement spring for 1 window and the replacement parts that attaches to the bottom of the spring.  These are Jeld Wen vinyl double hung windows.

See our newer style friction shoe, the 15-104. I believe this should work for your Jeld Wen window. You need to remove the sashes and jamb liners to slide out the broken shoe and slide in the new. Look over our media guide and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
