replace this sliding door handle

We need to replace this door handle and would also like to add a lock. Can you please assist with the correct parts.

Hello,

It's tough to determine what your door used originally since your handle set is quite damaged but we do offer the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set with 4-15/16" hole spacing. I believe that this would be our best replacement option but take a look at the video below to determine if this could work for your repair. We also carry the 82-306 keyed exterior pull that can be used in place of the one that comes with the 82-005. Thanks for posting.
