Depending on the size of the bottom shoe, you have a Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe and Series 380 has a 1" shoe.

The stamp "2020" usually corresponds to a 21" balance with a 2020 "option" for 8 to 12 pound window sashes. Weigh your sash and measure the metal bar to verify this. If that's all true, you can pick S385-21 or S380-21 with a 2020 option.
