Thanks for your post! We do not have a direct replacement match for this handle set but it can likely be replaced with the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. 

To confirm that this will work for the replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the parts on the inside of the handle set. Please also confirm that the distance between the installation holes is 3-15/16".

The mortise lock is similar to the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. You may also need the 82-249 keeper as the existing one may not be compatible with our replacement lock.
