1 1/4" TLock balance shoe

is this a closed or an open balance shoe? Not sure which one to purhcase. It is 1 1/4" wide. Window is a tilt vinyl window and the window has been removed from the frame. The 0133 image is the balance not removed from the frame. Images 0134 and 0135 is the balance removed from the frame

Thanks for checking in! That's a closed shoe that comes standard on our Series 795 balance. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
