1 1/4" TLock balance shoe

A home owner from Madisonville, LA says:

is this a closed or an open balance shoe? Not sure which one to purhcase. It is 1 1/4" wide. Window is a tilt vinyl window and the window has been removed from the frame. The 0133 image is the balance not removed from the frame. Images 0134 and 0135 is the balance removed from the frame
