hello I'm looking for this hardware for the window, one measures 21 "1/8 or 22" with the plastic thing. the other measures 15 "or 16" with the plastic thing. please could you tell me the reference, I need to order 4 pieces of each

Take a look at our Series 795 channel balance, I think this will work for you. You only want to measure the metal channel when determining length.
