Thanks for writing in. This T-Lock Shoe looks like our 15-194; however, you'll note your shoe has a groove in the stem that interfaces with the groove in your channel balances. Our balances and shoes lack this feature; I'm afraid this means you will need to not only replace the shoes, but the balances as well. See our Series 795 Channel Balances. Keep in mind our standard Series 795 balances screw in at the top to the window track. Make sure that your balances screw in at the top to the window track, rather than use a hook; if they use a hook instead, let us see a picture of the hole in the wall where the hook attaches to, as that will determine the best course of action to take. You will need to buy the 15-194 shoe separately, then swap it with the shoe that comes installed by default with the Series 795 (our 15-195 1-1/4" shoe). See the video below.
