Thanks for reaching out! Your hinge appears to be a four bar hinge. It can likely be replaced with either the 36-021 or the 36-021HD. Each of them can be used for right and left handed applications.

Both of them have 10" track lengths but the width dimensions differ slightly. To determine the best match, you'll need to carefully compare them.
