For the pivot shoes, I'd need to know the width and thickness of the shoe to identify the correct replacement.

I'm afraid I cannot determine the exact diameter based on the photo of the measuring tape held up next to the balance. Since its length is close to 29", you'll need either the 5/8" S600-29 or the 3/8" S900-29. You'll need to select the red tip option.
To determine which of these is the replacement you need, be sure to confirm the diameter of your balances.
Thanks for posting! Your shoe appears to have a 1/2" thickness like the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. You'll need to be sure to double check the width and thickness to confirm that this is the right fit.
