11 year old PGT windows

Question

I have 11 year old PGT windows... one is starting to raise and lower with increasing difficulty, so guessing I need to replace the balance springs. Problem is that one of the 'take-out clips' is missing.

Any idea where I can find a replacement, and are those easy to pop in?

Hello Terry. I believe you may be referring to our 16-002 take out clip which we do offer. If you should also need some assistance in locating a replacement for your balances, send us some photos along with measurements and we can assist you with that as well.
