Not sure of the right part from your pictures The plastic ends look like your S350 or S351

Length is 36 in and the marking is in blue:36 4 3X CMC 11 The house was built in 2005 with original windows

Hi Joe, thank you for posting,

Your balance appears to have a winged out top and non-winged bottom attachment which aligns with the Series 395 channel balance. Please review to confirm a good fit!

Please double check the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments. Based on the stamp, it should measure 37 inches long.
