With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-31 or S385-31 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

As for the take-out clip in your last photo, see our 16-002

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

i have two windows that have 30DS on them are 31" and the window weight is 37# lbs. it looks just like the S380's but the S380's stop at 35#'s. Let me know if you have (4) Four channel balanced for them. the rest i have figured out. but you are out of stock on the 3040's. i put a notify in since i need at least 14 @. let me know ! thanks in advance !

We appreciate your patience as we worked on this for you. We just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you've requested with a 3070 strength option, which will support a window sash between 35 through and including 42 lbs. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else!
