I'm meeting replacement parts on the spiral balance and the pivot lock shoe. I've had no luck locally. And these are tilt windows. I'm needing to get these replaced so the apartments will pass City inspection.

We can definitely replace these parts for you. The reason you're having trouble is probably because these exact styles aren't made anymore, but we have more modern replacement options that will work just the same.
The key measurement for your shoe is the thickness. It looks like yours is just a hair under 1/2", but it's hard to be sure from your photo. Can you confirm? Could it just be 1/2"? If so, then I recommend our 15-046.
As for the spiral balance, it will come down to the diameter of the outer tube. If it's 3/8", then I recommend our Series 900. If it's 5/8", then go with our Series 600 instead.
