1/2" wide channel balance for non tilt window

Looks like part S350, S351, S380, S385, or S395. What is the difference between these balances? Also, I need the left and right, and both caps.

Hello,

With this combination of winged attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Thanks Casey. It's the 380. Can you tell me the part number for the caps that screw into the window and hold the balance below the top of the window?

It sounds like you also need top sash guides. There's a good chance we carry the correct replacement but we would need to see an undamaged guide removed from the window, along with dimensions to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

They both broke. These caps screw onto the window through the bottom (left) hole.
