If you measure the bottom shoe at 1 inch, you will need the S380 balance, not the S385.
As far as the rivets go, they are sold individually but we do offer bulk pricing for them, which can be found on our website.

I want to replace the two plastic pieces. I am not sure if I need 15-004 or 15-005.
I think I need 19-005. I also need 2 new complete sets which I think are S385-28.
I am repairing 33 windows for now and maybe many more if these work. I measure the bottom as 1 inch. Do you sell the rivits in bulk?

Thanks, they are so broken I was hoping the stamp would confirm the correct parts.

All the stamp tells us is that you have a 28 inch balance with a 2740 stamp option.
