Hello! If you have the shoe shown below, order S385-28 with a 2740 weight option.
The hook on the shoe is to straight the last ones that I ordered had the straight hook and rubs on window and when you open the window a couple of timed it cuts the string I need the shoe with curved hook
The string on the shoe hook that I have are crimped not in a knot at the end which causes it to rub and cuts the hook off
I think I understand what you mean. The photos on our site show a flat hook, which would cause issues for you. However, we recently changed the style of all of our balance hooks so that they have a little relief cavity for the knot. This allows the hook to lay flat against the window frame without the threat of being worn down from friction, like you describe. I am confident they will work for you, we just haven't had the chance to update our photos to reflect this change. Sorry for the confusion!
