1/2" x 25" channel balance for Nuair windows.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I'm afraid it's difficult for me to say for sure what kind of balance you need without photos. That said, does the top nylon attachment match the 19-005 specifications? And does the bottom nylon attachment resemble the 15-001? If so, then based on the information you've provided the S395-25 with a stamp option of 2428 sounds about right. Just go over all dimensions to be safe!

OK thanks for these photos. It certainly looks like the S395-25, assuming the metal channel is 25 inches in length. 

However, I should clarify something about your stamp number of 2428. It is actually a little odd, and comes from a different rating system than what we currently use. The stamp number reflects the amount of weight the balance is meant to support. To know what stamp option to choose, it would be best to weigh your window sash. You can take that precise weight and see which stamp option it corresponds to on the product page.
