Unfortunately the Unique balance company went out of business. 

We recommend our 28" Series 770-28 with #62-105 pointed hook attached to the cord. The spring weight of (27-C-30) is for a sash weighing between 13-19 lbs, so we recommend the 28B for a sash weight 12-18 lbs. You might want to weigh the sash to see if that is the correct weight spring. 

The nylon top mounting screw-way will prevent the metal channel from collapsing when tightening the screw.
