Heavy Duty Pointed Hook

I ordered 770 -28c balancer from u mine has a j hook . The one I received from you as a flat hook it does not fit my window I will attach a picture of it The one on the right is The one that fits my window. Thank you.

Good Afternoon, We have 6 types of guides that we need to replace on windows. They are fold out windows and I have the stamped number and quantities of how many of each that I need. All guides are the same in the home..just different numbers. There are no plastic tips on the ends of any of the guide ... (cont.)

Spring balance in a 24 year old Milgard. Measures 9/16" wide metal is 30-5/8" long. Length including plastic ends is 32". The plastic bit on the big end is 1-1/16" deep and 7/8" wide at the ears.
