UNIQUE 27-C-30 Balance

I will also need to see a picture of whatever attachment goes on the end of the cord, be it a shoe, clip, hook, or anything else.

Thank you! Looks like you have an older style channel balance for a tilt window. I am familiar with this configuration. We can supply a replacement, but it's not an exact match, nor was it strictly made to replace your original. What you have is too old and not something we can supply, but we've found that our balance is a reasonable substitute.

The catch is that it's not a stock part, so it's something we have to custom make for you here in the shop. Basically we're using the Series 770 tilt window channel balance as the base, then replacing the bottom terminal clip with our 62-105 hook. Look these two products over now and let me know what you think. I'm happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Assuming you want to move forward with this configuration, I'll need a couple more pieces of information from you. First, I need you to tell me the precise weight of the sash down to the ounce. That will allow us to calculate the proper spring calibration for our Series 770 base; to reiterate, your balance is technically very different from ours, so the same weight rating rules may not apply.
