Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances needed to make your repairs but they will need to be a custom assembly. The replacement balances will be the S770-22 Channel Balance with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Hook attached.

To confirm pricing and availability, I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash. Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-refence the stamp from your existing balances to determine the stamp needed for the balances. 

I'll also need to know the number of balance you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom assembly.
