Thank you. We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order. Basically this would be our Series 770 balance, but with the terminal clip swapped out for the 62-105 hook.

Based on the data provided, we would go with the S770-28 with a 28B stamp option. Two balances with a 28B stamp can carry 12 through 18 pounds, so that should be perfect for your sash weight.
