Purchased above item from you. Was wondering if there is a video on how to install. Appears to be larger than broken one.

We have a video on how to install coil balances in general, but not specifically the Series 140. I don't think the process is all that different. Then again, it's strange that this is bigger than the original. The new Series 140 should match the original. Are you sure this is the product you needed?

Thank you for your response. I think what is confusing me is that the old coil was not encased like the series 140. I sent photos of old broken parts and thie series 140 was recommended. Might have to make a larger cutout to install. Will try that and if it doesn?t work I will get back to you.

Ahhh, I see. Sorry for the confusion! I didn't know you had a correspondence with us before. Now that I'm looking over your old discussion and Paul's responses, I have a better idea of what we're dealing with.

Looks like the reason we suggested our Series 140 is because your old coil balance system isn't made anymore. I'll trust Paul on this one--if he said it can work, then it should work.

Before you make a larger cut out, would it be possible to see a picture of the cutout you have now? We may be able to come up with another solution.
