This is the SWISCO Series 140 Constant Force Balance System for tilt-in sash applications. This assembly comes with a sash carrier, a cover, and one, two, or three coil springs. The coil is stainless steel and coated with corrosion-resistant Teflon. Each window sash requires two balance assemblies, sold individually.
