15-047 cam installation instructions

I have to replace a broken pivot shoe part #15-047 black cam in the lower sash of a heavy triple glass aluminum window. I tried to print out the installation instructions on your website but cannot seem to do it. Could you please email me the instructions. In addition the spiral balance that was there was a red cam. I would prefer a 21", 9/16 diameter black cam as replacements, or another if suitable. Please answer me as soon as possible so that I can order the parts and get the only window in the room operating.

The balance is S600-21 with the red tip option.
To replace the 15-047 pivot shoe in an aluminum window there should be a metal stop screw on the top of window sash. This screw holds the stop and balance. After you remove the stop and balance, there should be a cut out so you can remove and install the pivot shoe. Note: sometimes the manufacturer does not provide a cutout to remove the pivot shoe.
